It runs on a bootstrap culture and a small, cross-functional team, measuring progress in shipping cycles rather than calendar months. Its track record includes Padelcrest, an operating system for padel clubs already live in several venues, with more verticals in development.

I set the technical direction and decide what gets built. The studio ships its own software, and I architect the systems behind each vertical.
