OVERVIEW
OVERVIEW
abandona.com helps Chileans trapped in dormant civil-debt lawsuits find out whether their case qualifies for abandono de procedimiento — the right to have a stalled suit closed after long inactivity. The platform automates the case lookup in the official judicial portal; a real lawyer reviews it and signs off on a clear green / yellow / red eligibility report. The technology does the heavy lifting; the legal call stays human.
MY ROLE
Co-founder · Start-Up Chile finalist
I co-founded abandona.com with a four-person team across Chile and Venezuela, and I lead the technology — the automation that reads court records and powers the eligibility check.
