The ventures.
Eight ventures. The core is one operating logic: a startup studio that builds them, an agency that productizes the playbooks as built systems, a flagship SaaS that proves the model at scale, and a co-founded legal-tech. Alongside them: Padelcrest, an operating system for padel clubs in pilot; Ventanal, a commerce marketplace in pre-launch built by the agency; a co-founded boutique-travel brand; and an award-winning accessibility project. I use my own products as the proving ground for the work I deliver to clients.
